天秤老婆 ——不要让她孤单

在朋友之间备受欢迎的天秤老婆，在家里似乎很容易生气。

为了一点小事耿耿于怀，情绪总是随风摆动。

什么事让她们失去风度，变得这么神经质呢？

Domo wor~

ok! yesterday night i make some cookies~

i tried to do DOMO kun but i FAIL~

i do something wrong in the processes~

half way of doing it,

my darling bf only realize how to bake this lil' cookies~

OK,

we will tried again next month~

cause we are busy this month~

i ate the cookies and i vomit it immediately!!!

is yuck~ so i am waiting for the next month DOMO~

hehehe~

so happy to spend time with my dear~

i feeel not good to what i had done these days...

i already skip few class in this month!!!

(although i can have the attendants)

i skip class when i feel EMO......i am so bad~

today i ask for the mid term and the final assignment!!!

i decide to finish it as fast as i can!!!

i don't want to waste my time,

and still like last time or same as others.

i make change my hair colour to darker coloour~

erm... maybe gold brown are not my style,

(although they suit on my head~hehe xD)

after coloured my hair and kevin's ,we went to beach and we take a lot of picture~

Domo kun's cookies^^

Brown Dough
1 cup + 2 T flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2/3 of 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
10 T butter, cut into 3/4" cubes, room temperature

Red Dough
1/2 cup + 1 T flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 of 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 T butter, cut into 3/4" cubes, room temperature
a few drops red food coloring

Filling
1/4 cup + 2 T heavy cream
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped

To make the filling, bring the heavy cream to a boil.

Remove from heat and add the white chocolate.

Wait 1 minute, then whisk the chocolate and cream together until even.

Then set it aside to let it thicken for 6 hours at room temperature or for less time in the fridge.

First for the brown colored dough, mix the flour, cocoa powder,sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Add the butter and incorporate it into the dry ingredients until it comes together as a dough.

Gather it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.

For the red dough, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Incorporate the butter with a spatula and then add the food coloring,

mixing just until no more red streaks remain.

Gather the dough and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

about my hair,

because of my own mistake,

i have a gold hair with short liu hai now in 2011~

but i wish i could have a darker colour in the future..
